Day 10
Sept 14
Monday
Poros to Fiscardo
Weather hot
Leaving Poros early to avoid any additional moorings costs ( we saved about A$8- whoopee) we soon stopped for our morning swim near a cove. Onward mainly by motor as there was little wind to Fiscardo which turned out to be spectacular. A popular spot for the tourists on the yachts and those on package tours alike. We stayed on the boat for dinner planning to visit the town the next morning. The nightlife in town could be heard across the bay to us and we fell to sleep with several repeats of Zorba the Greek and could only imagine all the tourists dancing away on the shore. This was our first stop where we needed to tie the boat secure by lines to trees on the nearby cliffs and forest. It was either swimming or using the dingy to get off the boat
