Cath and Ian’s travels 2018

Wednesday 19th September

A great relaxing day with the Fullers at Cissey. Spent ages ‘on line’ booking train tickets to UK for tomorrow. Late morning we went to the local fresh food market which was very exciting seeing so much produce , fish, cheese and breads. Many of the fruit and vegetables we had never seen before at home. Ernie took us on another car tour of the region on the way back to the house where we spent a leisurely afternoon eating, drinking and talking. Cath and I packed our bags ready for tomorrow and were able to leave our duffel bag with Chris and Ernie, who had kindly offered to take it back to Australia for us. This leaves us with 2 cases and 2 backpacks for the rest of the travels which is nice and easy to handle as we jump on and off trains and planes. Watched more Michael McIntyre on you tube to finish off the evening.

Tomorrow we catch the train in Beaune at 930am and should be in London by 530pm that evening.

No pictures today.
